Paid, but not received premium

You can restore your Premium through the Restore function in Super VPN.

  1. Please confirm that the Apple ID you log in to the Apple Store is the same Apple ID you used to purchase the Super VPN subscription (this is very important)

  2. Disconnect all VPN connections and make sure your device’s network is normal

  3. To open Super VPN, you can click the three horizontal lines button in the upper left corner, and then click the "Restore" button on the page that opens.
