Slow Network

The network speed of the trial account depends on the congestion level of the server. Overcrowded servers will cause unstable network speed.

Please try the following

1. Please conduct a network speed test without connecting to VPN, and compare the network speed test after connecting to VPN to confirm that there is indeed a problem.

2. Change to another server to connect(It is recommended to choose the recommended server first)

3. Change to other VPN protocols
